ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our legacy office opened on January 1, 2015, and our second office followed on October 1, 2022. Our team consists of 12 total members, including both in-office and remote support staff. Tenured team members enjoy a 36-hour workweek, with 'Remote Fridays' and a $2800 health insurance stipend for full-time employees. Additionally, we offer an Annual Incentive Plan, where full-time team members can earn annual bonuses ranging from $2500 to $7500 based on team agency metrics.

In 2023/24, our team developed our 'Core Values,' which reflect who we are as an agency. We are deeply committed to community-focused donation events, such as the Richfield Food Drive, Winter Gear Drive, and Penn Fest. Our agency’s involvement in these initiatives is driven by the team and has become a fun and meaningful part of our culture. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Karl Herman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations. 
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
