ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our legacy office opened on January 1, 2015, and our second office followed on October 1, 2022. Our team consists of 12 total members, including both in-office and remote support staff. Tenured team members enjoy a 36-hour workweek, with 'Remote Fridays' and a $2800 health insurance stipend for full-time employees. Additionally, we offer an Annual Incentive Plan, where full-time team members can earn annual bonuses ranging from $2500 to $7500 based on team agency metrics.
In 2023/24, our team developed our 'Core Values,' which reflect who we are as an agency. We are deeply committed to community-focused donation events, such as the Richfield Food Drive, Winter Gear Drive, and Penn Fest. Our agency’s involvement in these initiatives is driven by the team and has become a fun and meaningful part of our culture. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
