ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our legacy office opened on January 1, 2015, and our second office followed on October 1, 2022. Our team consists of 12 total members, including both in-office and remote support staff. Tenured team members enjoy a 36-hour workweek, with 'Remote Fridays' and a $2800 health insurance stipend for full-time employees. Additionally, we offer an Annual Incentive Plan, where full-time team members can earn annual bonuses ranging from $2500 to $7500 based on team agency metrics.

In 2023/24, our team developed our 'Core Values,' which reflect who we are as an agency. We are deeply committed to community-focused donation events, such as the Richfield Food Drive, Winter Gear Drive, and Penn Fest. Our agency’s involvement in these initiatives is driven by the team and has become a fun and meaningful part of our culture. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Karl Herman - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
 
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
